It is known that the wave function for 3-body center-of-mass system that is expressed in power series around the state of triple collision can be expanded into a Fourier series with respect to D-functions, with the assumption of its analyticity around 0. The expansion involves the decomoposition $V_2 \otimes V_1 \cong V_1 \oplus V_2 \oplus V_3$. The presentation is on the realization of the rhs of the above equation in terms of polynomials, which is the direct continuation from the previous talk.
