軸対称の簡約化

軸対称性による簡約化は、軸対称性の作用が固定点を持つため一般的な 簡約化の理論を適用することができない。そこで特異簡約化といわれる 別の方法を用いる必要がある。このことについてRichard Cushman,Sbastian Ferrer and Heinz Hanssmanの論文"Singular reduction of axially symmetric perturbations of the isotropic harmonic oscillator"(Nonlinearity 12(1999)389-410)に 沿って説明する。
